Tens-hire.co.uk : Shipping and Returns Policy.

1. All hire and sale items are dispatched by first class post, and generally arrive within one to three working days. Next day delivery can only be guaranteed for orders placed before 2 p.m., Monday to Thursday, using our Priority Dispatch ordering option. Please contact our sales office on 01295 264431 if you have reason to believe that an item has got lost.

2. Items dispatched using priority dispatch will arrive by 1 p.m. the next working day.

3. When returning an item please use the enclosed Freepost label, attach it to the package (you may re-use the padded bag that we shipped the product in), take it to your post office and request a Certificate of Postage to be retained by you.

4. For hire items, please return the green pouch with the following items:

    • The Tens machine
    • The two lead wires
    • Any unused batteries
    • The white armband
    • Instruction DVD
    • Please do not return any opened/used electrodes.

5. Our 14-day returns guarantee for purchased items means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unused or unopened and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. N.B.: This offer excludes items purchased as part of a rental package.

6. Rental/Hire charges cannot be refunded once the product has been despatched to you, irrespective of whether the Tens machine has been used or not. In the event of a cancellation prior to despatch the rental fee will be returned less an administration charge of £5.

7. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your reasonable costs of returning it to us.

8. Our returns policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.
